As a small business, we are still getting used to the Business Marketing features of Facebook. What are the advantages and disadvantages of using the following categories for our Business Page:
    1. Local Business OR
    2. Company & Organization

    Thank you for your advice.

      Art,

I just set up one of each, and the formats look similar. Only the categories are different. Your insurance business might be categorized under Business Services as a local business, but Insurance Company under companies. And you can change from local business to company even after you create a page.
